With much of the country working and studying from home, college students believe some of the current changes are here to stay.
A new survey of 2,000 undergraduates finds that a majority (56%) of students say COVID-19 will permanently change American office culture, compared to 25% who say office culture will eventually return to the way it was. Female students are more likely than male students to say COVID-19 will permanently change American office culture (61% vs. 50%).

While roughly two-thirds (68%) of students expect to attend classes on campus by fall, fewer students expect on-campus recruiting events to return by then. Almost 4 in 10 (39%) say they expect to attend recruiting events on campus by the fall, compared to almost one-quarter (23%) who expect these events to resume in spring.
Only 17% of college seniors believe their college experience will likely return to normal before they graduate, while a majority of younger students think their college experience will return to normal within their tenure.
